The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for updated CW assembly drawing NP-623, List of Material 20" x 12-1/2 Operating Cylinder Rev U, associated children drawings, and material specifications, and it will be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis from Curtiss Wright, Inc.
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
