INVITATION TO BID
TRAINEE EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (TEAP) SPECIALIST
Adams and Associates, Inc., contracting for the U.S. Department of Labor, for the operation of the Woodstock Job Corps Center, a 428 student residential training facility located at 10900 Old Court Road, Woodstock, Maryland 21163.
We are currently soliciting written bids for on-site TEAP Specialist. Hourly rate is limited to a maximum of 26 hours per week for 48 weeks. Holidays, student travel Days, Etc., services are not required. Hours for subcontractor to be decided up contract award. The period of performance for this subcontract is February 1, 2016 through July 31, 2016 with a 6 month option for August 1, 2016 through January 31, 2017. Written quotes should include cost price per hour for the above time periods listed.

SCOPE OF WORK:
The TEAP Specialist will provide students of the Woodstock Job Corps Center with the services stated below. Such services will be provided as authorized by the Center Director or his/her representative.
Services to be provided will include, but will not be limited to those TEAP services specified in the Job Corps Policy and Requirements Handbook, Chapter 6, Section 6.11, R1; and applicable Technical Assistance Guides). These services include but are not limited to:

The TEAP specialist agrees to adhere to the policies, procedures, and guidelines established by Job Corps.
It is understood and agreed that the services provided by the TEAP specialist are subject to monitoring and review by the Department of Labor.
Adams and Associates, Inc. reserves the right to reject any bids and select the bid deemed most responsible. Bidders should be aware of bid requirements for federally funded projects and act accordingly.
