The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) releases the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HQ0147-16-R-0002, for the "Predictive Engineering" requirement under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions.

MDA encourages industry input, comments and questions to identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition and to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities.  Questions and/or comments are due to MDA no later than 1700 Central Time on August 19, 2016 and may be submitted to [email protected], subject line "TEAMS Predictive Engineering RFP" on the attached comments matrix.  As you review the Draft RFP you will see an opportunity to submit a request for an Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) determination.  Please reference Attachments L-05, L-11 and J-12.  Requests should be sent to [email protected]. Requests are due no later than August 19, 2016.
