OSPI intends to award a sole source contract to Johns Hopkins University (IDEALS Institute) for the period of October 2021, through October 2022. The purpose of this contract is to assist OSPI in bringing together a teacher residency technical advisory workgroup, which aims to research and develop a statewide, full-year, pre-service teacher residency program.
