The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field FL intends to award to a small business that can provide CLIN0001: TCMax Software, License, TDY Costs. This procurement will be set-aside for 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 334611 with a small business size standard of 500. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements IAW FAR clause 52.225-5. This procurement is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 19.502-2. The Government believes that the TCMax Software is a commercial, tool control software package product, which is including capabilities of prompting overdue calibration dates, maintain permanent records of tools, their users, and where they were used. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the contracting officer (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, and 12 point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the requested services before 12:00 PM (central), 31 August 2011.
