This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-12-Q-0540 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60, Defense Circular Number 20120724, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2012-0330. This procurement is being issued as a full and open. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 334519 with a size standard 500 employees or less. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Items called for by this RFQ have been identified in the schedule by brand name or equal. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN):

CLIN 0001- (1 Each) P/N: L5CSL15P; TC Max 15 Seats/Licenses with 1 year support

CLIN 0002- (7 Each). P/N: L5CPWRSCN; Wireless barcode reader guns with key pads

CLIN 0003- (6 Each ). P/N: L5CHHP6500; Honeywell 6500 pocket pc

CLIN 0004- (7 Each). P/N: L5CZEBLBL; Zebra Label Printers/bar coding system

CLIN 0005- (1 LS ). P/N: L5CTRN01; Training and Installation
Training for up to 20 personnel at the 48th RQS. Once contract is award a minimum of a 30 day lead time will be allotted to schedule training and installation

CLIN 0006- (1 LS). P/N: L5CTRN02; Additional Training Day

THIS REQUIREMENT IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. IF QUOTING AN OR EQUAL ITEM PLEASE INCLUDE TECHINICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1PTSA - 48th RQS, 4625 S. Phoenix Street, DMAFB, Tucson, AZ. 85707. The shipment should be marked for SMSgt Nathan Zinn and TSgt Dawson.
