The contractor shall provide TC Max Tool Accountability Software.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation fro commercial software IAW FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is required and a written solicitation will not be issued.  We are contemplating a basic year with one option year contract.  The NAICS Code involved is 511210.  The size standard is $35.5M.  Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow IAW DFARS 252.232-7003.  Agency's need can only be satisfied with TC Max Software.  Offeror should submit information to support price analysis with the proposal.
