Pierce County intends to enter into a contract with Franklin Miller for the purchase of a TASKMASTER Channel Grinder. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, Pierce County shall consider all responses received prior to the close date of this announcement. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement.
