The intent of this ‘sources sought" notice is to identify potential business concerns for X26P Tasers aboard Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, NC. (NAICS Code 332994 -Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing)


This "sources sought" notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. An award will not be made on offers received in response to this notice. This notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP); it is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of sources. No solicitation document exists. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice. Estimated award time for the potential contract is SEPTEMBER 2017.

Submittal Requirements: (1) Full name and address of the company; (2) Names of two principals to contact (Including title, telephone and fax numbers, emails, etc.); (3) Registration in Department of Defense System for Award Management (SAM) database; (4) Registration in Wide Area Work Flow - Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) to electronically process vendor requests for payment. (This application allows DoD vendors to submit and track invoices and Receipt/Acceptance documents electronically.) Required to utilize this system when processing invoices and receiving reports under the contract. (5) Ability to wait approximately 30 days, after all items have been received and accepted in WAWF, for payment. (6) Provide projected pricing (monthly rates) for the service listed above.
