The Government intends to award a Firm- Fixed Price sole-source contract AARDVARK. This firm is the sole manufacturer of the USAF SFS TASER X26P .  No other source will satisfy the Governments requirement. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect throughout the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-72 effective 30 January 2014. This requirement is determined to be available from only one source because of the regional restrictions placed by the manufacturer. No request for quote for this procurement will be transmitted via Federal Business Opportunities. Proposed award date is on or about 20 Sep 2017.
