NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT
The 90th Contracting Squadron at F.E. Warren AFB, WY, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to Aardvark, on a single source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The 90th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for the following line items which are only available through Aardvark, TASER International's (or Axon) sole authorized distributor of TASER products to U.S. Federal Agencies:
- 25 EA Black X26P Conducted Electrical Weapons (CEW) Class III Laser (CEW Only without Power Magazine), includes 1-year warranty
- 25 EA X26P Extended Performance power magazine (XPPM)
- 60 EA Target, Conductive, 2 Part, Top and Bottom
- 2,000 EA 25ft (&.62m) XP (Extra Penetration) Green Blast Door/Field Use
- 1,000 EA 21ft (6.4m) Non-conductive Simulation Blue/Blue Blast Door/Training Use
- 3 EA Alligator Clip (Assembled)
- 5 EA TASER Simulation Training Suit for Scenario Based Training Exercises/New and Improved
- 30 EA USAF SFS Taser X26P Equipment - RH Holster Only w/Molle Lock
- 10 EA USAF SFS Taser X26P Equipment - LH Holster Only w/Molle Lock
NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE
The intended procurement is classified under NAICS code 335999 with a Size Standard 500 Employees Total Small Business Set-Aside.
REGULATORY AUTHORITY
The resultant contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within five days of the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish bona fide capability (i.e. unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Destination, the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size) to meet the requirement will be considered by the 90th Contracting Squadron.

A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the 90th Contracting Squadron. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
