The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the plans (Drawing Number 14-15A, Sheets 1 through 9, Specifications, and Contract Documents). The general items of work include removal and replacement of interior and exterior coatings on a 3.8 MG steel water tank, miscellaneous structural repairs and modifications, electrical work, foundation grouting, overflow pipe modifications, installation of ladder cage and platform, valve installations, piping for future chlorine analyzer, drainage ditch, replacement of asphalt paving and fence around the tank site, and other related miscellaneous work, per specifications.
