U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of Federal Student Aid intends to award on a limited sources basis to Open Tech Systems, Inc., 405 State Hwy 121 Bypass, Bldg C, Suite 130, Lewisville, TX 75067 for the maintenance and support of a suite of proprietary OpenTech software products. The annual maintenance is required for Tape/Copy VDR software maintenance. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation exists for this requirement. A determination by the government will be made if a competitive procurement is warranted.
