(16) This requirement is for one clean approved U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker with IGS and SBT that is capable of carrying for four continuous voyages from Sitra, Bahrain to Mesaieed, Qatar, a minimum of 310,000 bbls of JA1 within vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Laydays commence 28 April 2016 and cancel 29 April 2016. The period of performance will be one voyage.
