THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 as implemented by FAR 13.501(a), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."

Special Operations Command (SOCOM) requires law enforcement support for the USSOCOM Change of Command.  The 6th Contracting Squadron intends to make an award to the Tampa Police Department. Interested parties may e-mail [email protected], no later than 19 August 2014 by 9:00 AM EST.

SOCOM requires law enforcement support for the USSOCOM Change of Command. the Tampa Police Department is the only police agency within jurisdiction of the Tampa Convention Center area. Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office can only provide support if given jurisdiction by the Tampa Police Department.
