The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives(ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source, fixed price contract with QinetiQ North America Inc. to procure TALON Generation IV Robot Vehicle which includes the following: Shoulder am Option: Shouldered 3 Dot Arm with Telescoping Upper Arm Extension and Rotateable in-line Gripper, One way Audio Communcations, Vehicle to OCU, Pan/Tilt with Powered Deployable Mast and Headlamp Assembly Mast Camera Assembly: Remote-Controlled; 300:1 Color Zoom, Fire Set, Dual Channel, Vehicle Drive Motors Option 90:1 Torque Motors, Vehicle Drive Tracks and Spockets option: Heavy Duty.  Shipping included.
