The City of Frederick Purchasing Department will accept proposals from interested and qualified Maryland licensed contractors for normal and on-call HVAC and Mechanical Maintenance Services, including emergency work and repairs for the William R. Tally Recreation Center located at 121 North Bentz Street, Frederick, MD 21701. All bids must be submitted online through this system. Site visits are strongly recommended.
