8/30/2021- ADDENDUM 1- Adds Experience Questionnaire Attachment
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2021-06. Award(s) will be made to the Quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer is most advantageous to the Government, considering but not limited to factors such as past performance, capability to accomplish this type of work, and price.
The USDA Forest Service intends to award a Purchase Order from this combined synopsis/solicitation. The objective is to provide services for Manual Release Treatment of Vegetation with hand tools within the boundaries of the National Forests in Alabama, consisting of the Oakmulgee, Talladega, and Shoal Creek Ranger Districts. The project is expected to start approximately September 13, 2021 and be completed by October 29, 2021.
The NAICS code assigned to this project is 115310 (Support activities for Forestry) Size standard $8.0 million.
Solicitation Number: 12363N21Q4031 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is being advertised as Total Small Business set aside. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price. Solicitation closes 10 September 2021 @ 11:30am (CT).
