The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to supply labor, materials, equipment and supplies to replace approximately 325 feet of revetment affected by recent flooding along the Susitna River. The work will include placing riprap below the water surface, in a dynamic environment, while the river level may be fluctuating. The exact limits of riprap placement will be determined at the time of construction. All construction shall be completed in accordance with Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT&PF) Standard Specifications for Highway Construction (SSHC) 2017 edition. The project area is in Talkeetna, Alaska.
