The Tioga County Department of Public Works (Project Sponsor) invites Contractors to submit sealed bids for the BIN 3335140 – Pier Repairs for Talcott Street Bridge over Owego Creek (Re-Bid) located in the Village of Owego. Bids will be received by the Tioga County Department of Public Works at the offices of the Tioga County Department of Public Works until 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. Bids will be publicly opened at 11:00 AM. A non-refundable payment of $25.00 for each set, plus $15.00 postage if mailed, will be required. Checks shall be made payable to the order of Tioga County.
