The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is procuring Fire Control Radar (FCR) Post Production Support Services (PPSS) of the Apache Attack Helicopter (AH) model 64E in support of the Taiwan Army. The Government plans to procure this requirement sole source from Longbow Limited Liability Company (LBL), 5600 W Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819-8907, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code 04WF2 in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. LBL is the designer, developer, manufacturer, and design control activity of the AH-64D/E FCR system. LBL possesses the technical expertise, data, and experience necessary to execute this requirement.

The Government plans to utilize an Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) with a base period of performance of three years and two twelve month option provisions.
