This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140L2219R0002 is issued with an open date of March 20, 2019 and close date of April 5, 2019. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2019-01. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 562991 and a size standard of $7.50. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Taos Field Office, has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis from qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for Toilet and Septic Service within the Orilla Verde Recreation Area and Lower Gorge Recreation Sites. Service will include placement and servicing of several portable toilets, vault toilet pumping, and septic tank pumping per the provided work schedule and in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
