The contractor shall provide personnel to assist , collaborate and support the 422 Joint Tactics Squadron (JTS) in collecting, validating, and disseminating tactics techniques and procedure documents.  This is a new requirement for the 87th Contracting Squadron and no previous procurement informationis available.  The solicitation will be posted on or about 29 April 2013.
