REQUEST FOR COMMENTS ON DRAFT DOCUMENTS
The purpose of this mission is to acquire and demonstrate tactically responsive launch for the US Government. This will be done by leveraging the domestic commercial industry to place a specified payload to the required orbit in a tactically responsive manner by the end of CY 2020 in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Objectives (SOO).
Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The information contained herein is based on the best information available at the time of publication, is subject to revision, and is not binding on the Government. The Government will not recognize any costs associated with submission of information in response to this notice.
Interested parties are requested to provide their comments to the attached Draft Statement of Objectives and Draft Combined Synopsis/Solicitation via email to the PCO and Contract Specialist listed below, no later than (NLT) noon MST, 05 March 2020. The government does not intend to adjudicate these comments and post responses. The purpose of this announcement is to make industry aware of the upcoming final combined synopsis/solicitation release and make the final Combined Synopsis/Solicitation more effective based on industry feedback. The Government estimates the release of the final solicitation in early March.
