The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a contract modification to upgrade the Tactical Tomahawk Guidance Test Set (TTGTS) in order to support Maritime Strike Tomahawk (MST) integration and test efforts. The scope includes providing an updated Technical Data Package (TDP) and upgrading test units to include the MST configuration. NAVAIR intends to award this effort to Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD), P.O. Box 11337, Tucson, AZ 85734-1337 (Point of Contact for Small Businesses interested in subcontracting – Elizabeth Corrigan: [email protected]). Since 1994, RMD has been the sole developer, designer, and manufacturer for the Tomahawk Land Attack Missile. RMD solely possesses the current configuration and manufacturing data for the Tomahawk Block IV AUR missile, and is the only source capable of performing the required tasking. RMD maintains and controls both the Level III technical data package (TDP) and the manufacturing documentation for the Block IV AUR. Because a detailed knowledge and expertise of the Tomahawk Block IV AUR missile is required to conduct tasking under this contract, RMD is the only known source capable of accomplishing this requirement in the required timeframe and without duplication of costs. The data associated with the Tomahawk missile is export controlled and is not available to foreign sources or representatives. All responsible parties may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. This is not a request for proposals.
