The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Qty 4 EA; TACLANE Micro (KG-175D) Unit (02-2792097-1) and Qty 4 EA; TACLANE-1G Cyber Ready Encryptor Multi Mode (KG-175GM). This requirement is sole sourced to General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc., 77 "A" Street, Needham, MA 02494-2806, due to infrastructure compatibility equipment compatible with form/fit/function with the existing systems presently installed. Any firms believing that they can provide the General Dynamics C4 Systems TACLANE Micro Unit and TACLANE-1G Cyber Ready Encryptor Multi Mode may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the infrastructure, quality, accuracy or reliability without causing programmatic hardship.
