United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to modify an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with iGov Technologies, 11955 Freedom Dr., Suite 500, Reston, VA 20190 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A). This action is necessary to allow the program to continue on-going operations while a follow-on Tactical Local Area Network (TACLAN) contract is completed. Pursuant to the aforementioned authority, USSOCOM will increase the current TACLAN contract ceiling by $40M to maintain current services and hardware ordering and delivery requirements as the corrective action is being completed. The start date for the follow-on TACLAN contract is projected on or about September 2012. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability by responding to this requirement by 4:00 PM, local time Tampa, FL, August 7, 2012 by e-mail to [email protected]. A determination by the Government not to compete the additional requirements based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
