email: [email protected]. No telephone requests will be accepted. This contract action is for a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item:

ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Five- Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed-Price. Minimum 40 each - Maximum 380 each
(Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 40 each)
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333611 and the size standard is 1500 employees.
The T55-GA-714A ENGINE, is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, materials for the Maintenance and Overhaul of the T55 ENGINE. These items are non -commercial; FAR Part 12 will not be used.
Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-2840-265&P-1/-2-/-3, revision date: 7/28/2014 is adequate to support the overhaul of the T55 Engine, however, because this item is a Critical safety Item (CSI), overhaul can only be performed by the approved sources. Currently, the only known two approved sources for the overhaul are: Honeywell International Inc., with multiple CAGE Codes 99193/0GV23. The DMWR contains level II data and proprietary repairs/processes.
Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following website:
