This solicitation is being conducted by the Georgia Department of Transportation under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road (as defined in O.C.G.A. 32-1-3 (24) as provided for in O.C.G.A. 32-2-61 © and (d) (1) (D). The purpose of this eRFQ is to establish an Agency Service Contract for Worksite Erosion Control Supervisor (WECS) and Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission (GSWCC) Training Services. Bidders of this solicitation must be registered with the State of Georgia Office of Secretary of State. Vendor must provide company's full legal name as registered, and the signature must be that of the principal of the company or authorized agent. Bidders must download and upload solicitation documents requiring signature(s) and/or data responses as part of their overall solicitation response within the eRFQ system. SUPPLIERS MUST PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION AS REQUESTED IN THIS RFQ OR AS REQUESTED ANY DOCUMENTS ATTACHED TO THIS EVENT. PREVIOUS SUBMISSIONS DO NOT NEGATE THIS REQUIREMENT.
