Only contractors deemed as Qualified Contractors to provide "Sign and Sign Component (Structures) Maintenance" through the routine maintenance prequalification process are eligible to participate in this Invitation to Bid/Request for Quote. Through this ITB/RFQ the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "the State Entity, Department, Agency, or GDOT") is seeking bids for Sign and Sign Component (Structures) Maintenance. The qualified firms who have been awarded a Master Service Agreement (MSA) through the prequalification process #48400-410-000079169. All respondents to this ITB/RFQ are subject to same terms and conditions of the MMSA 48400-410-000079169, subsequent awarded contract, and the ITB/RFQ Form, and are cautioned to completely review the entire ITB/RFQ and follow instructions carefully. The Department reserves the right to modify existing provisions or include additional provisions, which are not currently addressed herein and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive technicalities and informalities at its discretion.
