The BLM intends to award a sole source for adoptions in a Wild Horse and Burro. In order to increase the number of adoptions, we need to educate the general public about our program and promote our adoption dates and other details. The BLM needs to reach our potential adopters in an efficient manner we need to utilize the outreach. Their promotion of our program will benefit the Government by educating our potential adopters about the Wild Horse and Burro Program. We need to begin running the advertisements before our March 2005 adoptions.
