The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) anticipates awarding a contract on a sole source basis to Bowtie Inc., magazine to work to increase the number of successful adoptions nationwide. In order to increase the number of adoptions, we need to educatethe general public. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSE ONLY; NO COMPETITIVE RFQ WILL BE AVAILABLE. This award will be made on or about the 5th calendar day from the date this announcement appears. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541870. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid within five days after the date of publication of this amounnouncement which will be considered by the Government. A determination not to continue with this acqisition based upon response to this notice is solely within the desecration of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition. Numbered Not 1 applies.
