The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the attachments that were not included in the original synopsis solicitation. The following two (2) attachments are hereby incorporated in this synopsis soliciation: ATTACHMENT 1, REFERENCE QUESTIONNAIRE Please send the following Reference Questionnaire to the project managers of previously held contracts and have them returned to the 11th Contracting Squadron via email, [email protected] or [email protected] or via fax (202) 767-7887 no later than 3:00pm, EST. REFERENCES QUESTIONNAIRE 1.Were previous projects completed on time per the producer?s timeline? 2.Did the production meet producer?s/designer?s expectations? 3.Did the vendor properly meet the overall artistic direction of the production? 4.Was the vendor competent and posses all the skills necessary to complete the audio recording on his/her own efforts? 5.Was communication professional and efficient between by the vendor and all other members of the production staff?
