This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to perform all time lapse camera services at the Folsom JFP. The Folsom JFP Auxiliary Spillway is one of the biggest projects to be done by Sacramento District Corps of Engineers. It is highly important and a source of pride and it is desired to document the construction of this with a high quality time lapse video. The following tasks are to be undertaken. When additional details have been submitted by the Contractor in the selected proposal, those additional details are also applicable and consider part of the contract. Provide time lapse photography of the construction site from four different views (four cameras). The vendor of the time lapse photography service and equipment shall be company that has been regularly engaged as a manufacturer of construction cameras and provider of construction time-lapse movies and digital image archives for not less than three years.
