These specifications cover the production of a saddle-wire stitched, self-covered publication and when required, a single leaf cover letter, requiring such operations as electronic prepress, proofs, printing, binding, packing, mailing, and distribution. Publication must be sheet-fed. Quality level 2 printing and finishing is required. The term of this contract is from the date of award to March 31, 2009, plus up to four (4) twelve-month extension periods.
