This is an amendment to the requirement to clarify the following statement "The U.S. Government shall own exclusively and without reservation all rights to any images and negatives produced under this statement of work." This statement only applies to the final 700 - 800 images that the Forest Service selects/purchases. The remaining photos will be the property of the vendor to do with as they please. Vendors are not required to acknowledge this amendment in their quote. All other terms, conditions remain the same. This amendment does not change the quote due date.
