Single Award Term Contract for the period February 1, 2005 to January 31, 2006, for self– and separate-covered publications entitled "Agricultural Reports". Anticipating approximately 10 - 20 orders per month for up to approximately 100 to 12,000 copies per order, of approximately 2 to 200 pages. Trim sizes: 5-3/8 x 8-1/2", 8-3/8 x 10-7/8", or 8-1/2 x 11" (Approximately 95% of orders will be for 8-1/2 x 11" trim size). Binding styles include: 2-page products trim 4 sides; trim four sides and side-wire stitch in one or two places; and/or drill three holes. Operations include electronic prepress, printing in either black or 1 color other than black, binding, packing and distribution. Quality Level 3. Bid opening January 10, 2005.
