Anticipating approximately 12 orders for up to approximately 3,500 copies per order of approximately 8 to 24 pages with an average of 12 pages per order. Trim sizes: 11 x 17"; or 8-1/2 x 11" and saddle-stitched in two places and trim 3 sides. Prints head-to-head in black and up to three (3) PMS colors; or four-color process. Operations include electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, mailing, and distribution. Quality Level 3. Bid opening April 20, 2005.
