Single award Term Contract for the period June 1, 2004 to May 31, 2005, for Microfiche Production and Distribution . Anticipating up to 8 orders per week consisting of 1 to 15 publications per order for 1 set each of First and Second Generation microfiche and 400 to 1200 sets Diazo microfiche per order. All microfiche shall be produced at a reduction of 1:24 with a format of 14 columns and 7 rows producing 98 frames in accordance with ANSI/AIIM MS5 - 1998. Operations include retrieving data via FTP; pickup, inspection and preparation of Source Documents; indexing; preparing Titles; adding headers to masters; microfilming; duplicating; collating; packing; labeling; mailing and distribution; generating Depository Shipping Lists and various reports..
