The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Proquest Info & Learning for archival back issues of US and foreign journals on microfiche, selected US newspapers on microfilm, and hard copy indexes to the US newspapers all of which must already be available. The microform version of the journals or newspapers shall be an exact photographic reproduction/full images of all pages of the original publication. The microfiche and microfilm shall be in silver positive and 3mm formats respectively. Interested parties have until 15 Apr 2004 to submit their qualifications-capabilities. Such qualifications-capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
