The Spanish version will require approximately 3,500 to 4,000 copies (NJ/PR only) per order. The base section (approximately 128-text pages common to all versions) may change four times throughout the contract period. The variable signatures unique to each area specific handbook, will likely range between 12 and 60 pages (either 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60 pages), will change quarterly or as frequently as monthly to cover the different health plans. There are 63 different versions with quantities ranging from 25 to 20,000 copies per version.Trim size: 8 3/8 x 10-7/8", perfect bind on the left 10-7/8" dimension. Cover prints four color process and one Pantone color; text prints black and one Pantone color. Operation include electronic prepress, printing, binding, ink jet addressing of each book, packing, mailing, and distribution, plus the secure handling and safe keeping of Personal Identifiable Information.
