Single award term contract for the period beginning Date of Award and ending June 30, 2007 plus up to 3 optional 12-month extensions for the Department of State. All production facilities must be located in the United States. Security stickers (Visas). It is anticipated there will be two or three orders per year of approximately 500,000 to 1,450,000 carriers sheets (consisitung of 3 Visa stickers per sheet) per order. An occasional order for 20,000 to 70,000 sheets may also be required. Trim size is 4.75 x 3.15 per individual sticker on 8-1/2 x 11 inch carrier sheets. Operations include printing in multiple colors by lithographic offset and intagilo printing processes, die-cutting, numbering, packing and delivery. Quality Level II is required.
