Pages 1 and 8 will print in 4-color process plus one additional Pantone color; pages 2 through 7 will print in black only. Paper is 70-lb white matted coated book. Binding is saddle stitching. A zip disk, line art, or color photographs will be furnished; proofs are required.Bidder must mail one copy each to approx. 1,500 addresses at the government's expense; deliver balance (approx. 300 copies) at bidder's expense to Grissom Air Force Base.
