The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission intends to award a contract to Bureau of National Affairs for Internet web access for the Daily Labor Report & Verdict and Settlements on a sole source basis. The contractor is to provide unlimited and simultaneous access for 400 EEOC users at Headquarters and the District Offices. The award will be for a base year with four (4) one year options. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All inquiries pertaining to this notice are due no later then July 28, 2005. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
