The Government intends to procure a commercial (FAR Pat 12) contract for the Certified Retinal Angiography Services. The work will consist of using an OIS Digital Imaging machine to take Color Fundus Photos of patient_s eyes to assist in the diagnosis of eye diseases. The work is to be performed from November 1, 2002, through October 31, 2003, at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System, 5901 E. 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 11, 2002, with offers due on or about October 23, 2002.
