The proposed work is located in Pinal County on Interstate 10 (I-10) between mileposts 222.00 and 231.71 near Picacho. The proposed work consists of removing the existing asphaltic concrete surface course by milling and replacing it with an Asphaltic Rubber – Asphaltic Concrete Friction Course (AR-ACFC).
