This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement.
Project Summary
The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Vaccine Production Program (VPP) is seeking a Syntax System Model 200 (Brand Name or Equal) to provide on-demand synthesis of oligonucleotides. The instrument oligo bioprinter requested can produce 96 x 120 nucleotide base oligos. These oligos will create a gene that encodes a vaccine or a biotherapeutic candidate.
Specifically, NIAID, VRC is seeking a Syntax System Model 200 that can perform the following applications:
Need for one (1) High-throughput Syntax System Model 200. This instrument should include the following:
Anticipated Period of Performance
It is anticipated that an award will be made on or about September 23, 2024. Delivery of equipment will be required as soon as possible.

Interested businesses who consider themselves qualified to provide the above listed Syntax System Model 200 are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by August 9, 2024, at 3:00 PM EST.
