The purpose of this notice is to 1) satisfy the requirement for synopsis at FAR 5.101, and 2) satisfy the reuqirement to post the brand name restriction IAW FAR 8.405-6(b)(3). The United States Army 2nd Signal Brigade intends to award a firm fixed price call against the Department of Defense (DOD) Enterprise software initiative (ESI) Blanket Purchase Agreement N66001-19-A-0051 to provide brand name AutoCAD software license renewal of existing software already in use.
