NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Symplicity Corporation under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. This contractor will provide software package is designed to aid students in preparing their individual career building tools. All students of Haskell Indian Nations University would be able to register as an active participant and be able to track all their education and training that they receive from the software package. The software offers is customization and many positive aspects for use by this University virtual access in the COVID 19 era and the ability to access employers virtually or in a safe in person environment. It is used by the student on a mobile app and the student would be able to access the information at any remote location. This will ensure engagement of all students in an equitable way. Symplicity Corporation is the sole provider of North American Higher Education pricing for Symplicity Career Services Manager Enterprise software. The anticipated period of performance will be from September 2020 ¿ July 30, 2021 with two (2) option years. The total anticipated cost is $38,155.20. The period of performance will be for a year, delivery date July 30, 2021. No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541511.
