Support required as follows: DESCRIPTION Provide software replacement for media loss or failure, software enhancements to include but not limited to patches, service packs and hot fixes, along with appropriate additional upgrades. Provide hardware support including, repair and/or replacement of defective Symon hardware products. Firmware upgrades with instructions shall be provided as necessary. The maintenance and service plan must be equal or equivalent to the SymonCare plan.
